Where it came from

Built from real-world work with some of the most methodical, commercially precise operators you’ll never read about in Harvard Business Review: professional dominatrixes who understood margins, frame control, human psychology, and client retention better than most CEOs.

Their power didn’t come from theatre. It came from sovereignty.

They didn’t run sideshows. They ran empires. Built quietly. Scaled selectively. And sustained longer than most C-suite players.

  • The dominatrix isn’t a metaphor here.
  • She’s a model.
  • Not for theatre. Not for titillation.
  • Forged in real business, where every gesture is intentional and the paradox of control is understood rather than performed.

Who it’s for

Mis(très)s Entrepreneur is for executives and founders who’ve already bled for their businesses. Who’ve led teams, closed deals, hit numbers, and still wonder why it doesn’t feel like enough.

You’re not failing.
You’re outgrowing your own containment.

You’re done being commanded by systems you know are broken. Done performing leadership from someone else’s script. Done splitting yourself between roles that drain rather than sustain.

This is for the woman

who knows her presence changes rooms, but somewhere along the way started asking for permission again.

And for the man

who’s spent years making it work for everyone else, and now stares at his calendar like it’s a prison sentence.

It’s for the operators other operators call when it breaks.

Not for the aspiring. For the initiated.

What it strips back

This manifesto strips back the corporate conditioning, the safe-space theatre, and the permission-seeking that’s been passed off as modern leadership.

You’ve been sold a script. One polished, pleasant, and perfectly useless. It says: be empathetic, be vulnerable, be visible. But don’t be too much. Don’t go too fast. Don’t speak too sharply. Don’t lead too strongly.

It’s a script that trains you to ask before acting. To seek consensus before clarity. To soften your stance until your spine is gone.

Here’s what they won’t tell you at the leadership summit:

  1. Busyness is not importance
  2. Consensus is not wisdom
  3. Noise is not momentum
  4. Title is not traction

And the deadliest one: leadership is not a promotion. It’s a debt.

A weight. A fire. An accountability. You don’t rise into it. You kneel under it, and then you choose to stand anyway.

The 6Ps

It introduces the 6Ps™, not as departments or initiatives, but as a living system for operators who know they were born for greater things.

  1. Passion
  2. Pleasure
  3. Purpose
  4. People
  5. Planet
  6. Profits
  • Passion without profit is burnout.
  • Profit without purpose is extraction.
  • Purpose without pleasure is martyrdom.
  • Pleasure without planet is destruction.
  • Planet without people is extinction.
  • And people without passion are rehearsing death.

Not a menu. A metabolic code.

Break one, and the whole system bleeds.

Read what each one does

This is not a safe space. It’s a structured one.

And structure, by nature, creates friction. Friction reveals alignment. Alignment generates power.

  • We don’t hold space. We hold the line.
  • We don’t facilitate safe processing. We facilitate sovereign choices.
  • We don’t teach vulnerability as currency. We treat power as precision.

Safety is not a virtue. It’s a sedative.

Read the first chapter. All of it.

Chapter One is on this site in full, start to finish.

The chapter is the product. If it works on you, you’ll know inside five minutes, and if it doesn’t, a landing page was never going to convince you.

It’s forty pages. There’s no chapter that exists to justify a page count.

Free, ungatedChapter OneNo gate. No email. No form.Start reading

There’s nothing to join here. That’s not a soft close.

Chapter Eight says it without naming it: “That’s why we built this: not for followers, but for those prepared to stand on the wall and command.”

This is deliberately unnamed. There’s no programme, no cohort, no waitlist and no price. When there’s something to join, it’ll be built properly and it’ll be said plainly.

What exists right now is a line to walk through. If the book landed and you want to be part of whatever this becomes, say so, and you’ll hear when there’s something real.

No pitch follows. No sequence starts. If that’s not what you expected from a book site, good.

This form is not live yet. The site is being built and the route this leads to is not finished, so rather than take your details into nothing, it is switched off until it works.

No pitch follows. No sequence starts. You’ll hear once, when there’s something real.

This is the second of three

Mis(très)s Entrepreneur Manifesto is the lead title in The Leadership OS Trilogy. All three are out. You don’t need them in order.

Questions people actually ask

Why is the title spelled like that?
It’s a pun that only works written down. Out loud it’s just “Mistress Entrepreneur”. On the page, the accent turns the middle into the French très, so it reads as Miss très as well: Miss very. Make of that what you like.
Is this a book about BDSM?
No. It’s a book about business, and the reference is operational rather than erotic. Paul spent years working with professional dominatrixes as clients and found the most disciplined operators he’d met: margins, frame control, client retention, boundaries enforced without apology. The book takes the operating model and leaves the rest. Its own line is “their power didn’t come from sex. It came from sovereignty.”
What are the 6Ps?
Passion, Pleasure, Purpose, People, Planet, Profits. A replacement for the Triple Bottom Line, built as a single circuit rather than six departments, on the argument that breaking any one of them bleeds the whole system. There’s a page on this site that walks through each.
How long is it?
Forty pages. It’s a manifesto rather than a manual, and it’s short on purpose.
Do I have to read the other two first?
No. It’s the second of the three and it stands on its own. The 20% Leader is execution, this one is power and presence, Evolve or Be Remembered is the wider argument.
Can I read some of it before I buy?
Chapter One is on this site, in full.
Who is it not for?
Anyone who wants to be handheld, and anyone at the start of their career. It’s written for people who’ve already led, already built, and already carried the weight. The book’s own line is “this isn’t for beginners.”
Is it going to offend me?
It might. It’s direct, confrontational, and it doesn’t hedge. Paul’s own warning on the back is “if you need hand-holding, look elsewhere.” That’s the honest answer rather than a marketing one.
Is there a paperback?
Yes, on Amazon. For a team, a cohort or an event, we supply direct.

Warning: this manifesto is direct, confrontational, and demands accountability. If you need hand-holding, look elsewhere. If you’re ready to reclaim command of your business and your life, this is where it begins.

  • Leadership isn’t a promotion.
  • It’s a debt.
  • A weight.
  • A fire.

Are you ready to command it?
